I can’t say enough about my experience so far… I emailed on a Sunday morning about purchasing a gift certificate for a friend interested in guitar lessons. I figured being a Sunday the response time would be at best next afternoon. On the contrary…Brian responded via email within 30 minutes and then a phone call an hour later.
