A multi-instrumentalist, Adam teaches banjo, dobro, guitar, and lap steel. He’s been teaching on the Red Pelican team since 2012. He is a dazzling player, with an organized, but easy-going teaching style, who really enjoys demystifying music for his students. Adam specializes in bluegrass, country, and Americana, but is also adept in rock and jazz.

Adam has a Bachelor of Arts in music from the University of Virginia, and an Associate of Arts in guitar performance from Hollywood’s Musician’s Institute.

With 15 years of professional touring experience, Adam has performed on such famous stages as The Grand Ole Opry, The Ryman Auditorium, Red Rocks Amphitheater, The Greek Theatre, and more! As a session musician, he has recorded with diverse acts ranging from Billy Ray Cyrus to Lupe Fiasco.
