James is a Los Angeles native who grew up with a passion for local music. He has been teaching for 7 years in one-on-one and group settings. James has a bachelor’s degree in Guitar Performance and Music Business from Berklee College of Music. James teaches lessons in Guitar, Bass, Banjo, and Mandolin. When not teaching, James plays music in musical theater orchestras, live concerts, and studio recordings around Los Angeles. He also lives hiking, photography, and board games.
